Practical questions
Six things supporters ask the ticket office most weeks. If yours isn't below, the supporter-services team is on +44 (0)1632 960 147 or [email protected], weekdays 09:00–17:00.
Matchday tickets can be returned to the ticket office up to 24 hours before kickoff for credit against a future fixture or a refund to the original payment method, less a £1 admin fee. After that window, tickets can be resold through the official exchange at no cost. Season tickets are non-refundable once the campaign has started, but can be transferred to a friend for any individual fixture through your account on the matchday app.
Greenwood's away allocation sits in the North-East corner of the South Stand, with a typical away capacity of 1,180. Visiting clubs request their allocation 28 days before each fixture; sales open to Ainslie FC season-ticket holders seven days before general sale. Supporters' Trust members get a 12-hour priority window on every allocation.
U-16s must be accompanied by an adult for entry to the North Kop and West Terrace. The South Family Stand is fully supervised with a dedicated junior welcome desk, half-time coaching tasters for U-12s, and a free wristband scheme for lost children. Junior Green season-ticket holders receive priority on academy open days and one free away-travel seat per season.
Yes — every matchday purchase generates a print-at-home PDF plus an Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass. All three are scanned at the dedicated digital turnstiles on the East Stand, North Kop and South Family Stand. The matchday app has been downloaded more than 48,000 times on iOS and Android; tickets added to your account are automatically pushed to your phone.
Over-65s need photographic ID showing their date of birth. Students need a current NUS/TOTUM card or a university-issued photo card for the 2025/26 academic year. Armed-forces personnel and registered NHS carers can show their official identity card. Disabled supporters receive a free carer ticket on production of any of the following: PIP award letter, Blue Badge, or a registered-carer letter from their local authority.
Yes — the official Ainslie FC ticket exchange lets season-ticket holders resell their seat at face value (no溢价, no fees) up to two hours before kickoff. The matchday app automatically lists released seats to the club's 11,400+ season-ticket holders and the Supporters' Trust waiting list. Resales outside the official exchange are not supported and may be voided at the turnstile.
